However, some patients may be eligible to file for limited out of network reimbursement depending on their plan. We’re happy to provide you with a detailed breakdown of services so you can check with your provider, if you choose to do so.
The good news: We offer 0% interest financing for 12 months and flexible payment options to make this investment more accessible.
Tooth extractions are not included in our All on 4 package pricing. If you require extractions or bone grafting before implant placement, we will fully review those needs during your free consultation. You’ll receive a clear treatment plan with all options and pricing explained before any decisions are made.
Most patients complete their All on 4 treatment over the course of 3 to 5 months, depending on healing and scheduling. Some appointments are spaced out to allow for proper healing and precision.
